Designed for active mountain living, our therapeutic massage supports recovery, relieves tension, and restores balance after time on the trails, slopes, or in daily life. Each session is customized with a blend of techniques- including cranial sacral therapy, deep tissue work, relaxation massage, hot and cold stone therapy, table Thai massage, and reflexology. This holistic approach not only soothes sore muscles and improves mobility but also calms the nervous system, helping you feel grounded, renewed, and ready for your next adventure.

Kate, Licensed Massage Therapist & Esthetician
Kate is a dedicated licensed massage therapist and esthetician with a passion for promoting both physical healing and holistic well-being. She graduated from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy, class #80, in December 2004, and later expanded her expertise by graduating from the Mountain Sanctuary School for Esthetics in December 2013.
With over two decades of bodywork experience, Kate blends advanced techniques— including cranial sacral therapy, therapeutic massage, deep tissue/ sports massage, table Thai massage, and reflexology— to create personalized sessions that meet each client’s unique needs. Her work as a licensed esthetician adds another dimension to her services, offering skin care treatments that complement massage and promote outer radiance alongside inner balance.
When not in the treatment room, Kate enjoys hiking, cooking, and listening to music, believing that a healthy lifestyle is the foundation for a happy and fulfilling life.
Kate is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and restorative environment where clients can reduce stress, ease discomfort, and reconnect with their bodies.
Hours + Scheduling:
Our studio is available by appointment, offering flexible scheduling to meet your needs with dedicated, personalized service. Instead of fixed office hours, we are available by appointment only. Treatments completed before 9 PM.
